End grain is exceptionally durable and naturally forgiving on knife edges, making this a board meant for serious everyday use. Rich chocolate tones and the mosaic-like grain of the walnut make every block entirely its own.

Every Signature Round Block is finished by hand with our food-safe oil, deeply conditioning the end grain and bringing out the extraordinary color and character of the black walnut. With occasional re-oiling and simple care, it’s made to serve your kitchen beautifully for years.
